At So Sweet Tea we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You may return or exchange any item within 7 days of purchase, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at 225-349-9938. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.

All Deliveries are made on Monday and Thursdays (locally only). Same day delivery will result in a an extra fee of $10.
